The semantic search approach here is realy clever. I've been hitting the exact problem you describe where I'm loading 20+ skills just to get the 2 that actualy matter. The skill gap tracking is a nice touch too, gives you visibility into where your documentation is weak.
I’m glad you liked it ! Skills and MCP tools are great, but the more you get the more something like this is needed. It really does save a lot of tokens.
And yeah once that scaling token burn is solved with semantic search. There’s no reason to not make a skill for everything important in your codebase
